How to Cancel a Subscription
If you’ve subscribed to receive any of our products you can cancel the subscription at any time. We’ve made cancellation simple and stress free, by offering two ways to cancel:
Option 1: Log in to your account
- Log in to your account and click the “Manage Subscriptions” link. On the following page you’ll see all your active subscriptions, where you can also Reschedule or Skip your next order.
- To completely cancel your subscription click the link “Manage this subscription”
- Click “Cancel subscription”
- Select a reason for the cancellation and click “Next” – this helps us to improve the service.
- A final question appears where you can leave additional details or just leave this blank and click “Confirm cancellation”
- All done!
Option 2: Call us on 01904 789559
- Simply call us on 01904 789559 and the team will process the cancellation on your behalf. There’s no difficult questions to answer before cancelling, however our team may ask if you wish to provide any feedback about our subscribe and save service and if they can assist you with anything else.
Common Issues When Trying to Cancel a Subscription Online
Unable to access your account
When placing an order on our website for the first time, customers can choose to either create an account or use our guest checkout. Guest checkout is typically used by anyone who doesn’t want to create an account.
To be able to access, modify and cancel your subscriptions you will need to create a SC Nutra account first. Having a subscription isn’t an indication of having an account.
How to check if you have a SC Nutra account
Option 1: Check online
- Visit our website and click “Log in”
- Click the link “Don’t have an account? Create one”
- Complete the form and click “Create Account”
- If you’re automatically taken back to the login screen, this suggests you already have an account using those details. To gain access please click the “Forgotten your password?” link and reset your account.
- If you’re automatically taken to your account page, congratulations, you’ve just created an SC Nutra account where you can modify your subscription and earn reward points.
Option 2: Call Us
- Our team can check on your behalf if you have an active SC Nutra account, by asking for a personal identifier such as your postcode or name. If you don’t have an account our team can send you an email inviting you to create an account.
- Follow the link in the email and your account will instantly be created.
Email address typos
Occasionally mistakes are made during the ordering process, where customers accidentally input the wrong email address or input an email incorrectly. It might be as simple as a .com instead of a .co.uk. If you have any concerns about the information given when placing your first order, please contact the team to check the details they have for your account.
