How to use reward points with an active subscription
Introduction
If you’ve created an account with us, you’ll automatically earn reward points every time you place an order—including your regular Subscribe & Save orders. Once you’ve collected enough points for a reward, and if you’re subscribed to our newsletter, you’ll receive a monthly statement letting you know.
This article explains the different ways to make the most of your loyalty points while your subscription is active.
Option 1: Try Something New with a One-Off Order
Looking to explore more of our range? The simplest way to use your reward points is to place a one-off order for a product you’re not currently subscribed to. This won’t affect your existing subscription in any way.

Option 2: Pause Your Subscription to Use Points on Your Favourite Product
Would you prefer to use your points on a product you already subscribe to? No problem— just follow these steps:
- Log in to your account - Need help logging in? Read our step-by-step guide.
- Manage your subscription - Choose to either skip or reschedule your upcoming subscription delivery:

Skip: If your next delivery is due on 15th May and you select “skip”, that delivery will be skipped and your next one will be processed automatically on 15th June.

Reschedule: Choose a specific future date for your next delivery instead.
- Place a one-time order - Head to our shop and add the product to your basket, making sure to select “One-Time Purchase”. Then proceed to checkout.
- Redeem your reward points - At checkout, simply choose the number of points you’d like to redeem against your order.
Using either of these two options will ensure your current subscription remains active.
