Subscription Frequently Asked Questions

Subscriptions are a convenient way to receive products or services regularly through our "Subscribe and Save" program. Choose the desired product and select the frequency of deliveries. Your subscription will automatically renew based on the chosen frequency, ensuring a seamless experience. You can manage your subscriptions through your customer account, allowing you to customise your deliveries, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription. With subscriptions, you can enjoy convenience, savings, and a hassle-free process.

If you purchased a subscription on the 14th of September and selected to have it delivered every month, the following order would be processed on the 14th of October.

You will be charged on the day the order is created, with the example above, on the 14th of every month.

Orders placed on the 29th - 31st will be moved to the last day of a shorter month. Please bear in mind that subscriptions placed on or between the 20th and 27th may be delayed in December due to the Christmas Holidays.

Yes, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account (once activated) to manage your subscription, or call us on 01904 789 559 and we’ll be happy to help.
