Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your order and update your delivery preferences for parcels. Many of our products are letterbox friendly and will fit through a standard-sized letterbox. You can check this information on the product page. If your product doesn’t fit or your order has been sent as a parcel, you can choose a preferred delivery date, specify a safe place, or arrange delivery to a local Post Office or Collection Point.
