Directions & Suggested Use

  • Teeth and Gums: dissolve a teaspoonful (2g) in 50mls water, rinse for one minute, spit or swallow.
  • Mouth Ulcers: apply directly to mouth ulcers three to four times a day.
  • Daily Use & as a Prebiotic:  One teaspoon (2g) a day, in tea, water and or juice. Use prior to taking a live bacteria product.
  • As an alternative to sugar: Replace table sugar with Xylotene up to a maximum of 15g per day.

Strange to think that something that tastes and looks like sugar can be good for your teeth and mouth health but similar ingredient is now used is in a well known brand of toothpaste . this product has also got rid of a previously persistent and painful mouth ulcer
